Registration fee includes:
• Attendance to all program sessions
• Lunch and dinner from evening of 3rd till the noon of 6th (6 meals)
• Coffee breaks and snacks
• Conference materials
Breakfasts will be covered in accommodations.
Registration invoices can be obtained by scanning the QR code upon your arrival at the conference venue. The accommodation invoice will be issued by the hotel front desk upon your check-out.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds will be honored only if received in writing to skltgb@nefu.edu.cn on or before July 20, 2025. Please be advised that refunds processed within China will not incur any handling fees. For refunds processed internationally, a handling fee of 200 CNY will be deducted, along with any applicable exchange rate differential at the time of processing.
